Services provided by MK

Laser cutting:

MK Systemy Kominowe has at its disposal modern laser cutting machines which make it possible to precisely cut details in materials such as structural, tool, stainless, or silicate steel, aluminium, as well as titanium alloys. It is worth noting that it is also possible to cut laminated metal plate. This is done after evaporation of the laminate on cutting lines.

Bending:

Maximum bending length – 3340 mm

Table working width – 90 mm

Table height – 960 mm

Maximum operating speed – 10 mm/s

Maximum return speed – 100 mm/s

Thickness of material processed – up to 3 mm

TIG welding:

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding consists of the generation of an electric arc through the use of an infusible tungsten electrode in an inert gas cloud. It is often (particularly in the U.S.) referred to as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding). The welding arc between the infusible electrode and the welded material melts its surface. TIG welding does not require additional material to be used. Welded components can be combined by melting the welding groove. If, however, additional material is used, it is introduced into the weld pool by hand, rather than using a welding torch as in MIG/MAG welding. Therefore, in TIG welding, the welding torch has a completely different structure than the one used in MIG/MAG welding. The welding compound is usually in the form of a wire (rod) with a length of 1 m and an appropriately selected diameter.

The TIG welding process is carried out in a protective environment in the form of an inert gas, usually argon or helium, flowing from the nozzle of the electrode holder. The gas cloud protects the weld and the electrode from oxidation, but does not affect the metallurgical process.

We also offer our customers:

  • Rolling metal sheets with a width      of 1070 mm and a thickness of 2 mm.
  • Rolling oval shapes.
  • Ventilation systems.
  • Performance of projects as per the      customer’s concept.
  • Cutting sheet metal with      guillotine knives.
  • Etching – two baths with      dimensions of 1100x1200x800.
